A journey towards change
Psychotherapy & Facilitation for Individuals, People in Relationship & Groups
Our stories have the potential to heal, create & empower.
Hi there, and welcome to my website!
My name is Mark, and I'm a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist and group facilitator. I'm here to provide a space where you can get the support you need, whether it's through individual therapy, relationship support, group facilitation, or training and workshops.
I specialise in helping people who've experienced trauma, including PTSD and complex PTSD, especially if you have experienced a difficult childhood or have experienced sexual assault, abuse, or domestic violence. I currently work as a senior therapist for a UK charity, delivering trauma-informed therapy for men, including men in custody.
In addition to trauma support, I work with individuals and people who need help with their relationships. Whether you're dealing with communication issues, trust problems, or feeling stuck, I'm here to help you figure things out and find a way forward together.
When we work together, I see life as interconnected—like pieces in a puzzle. The experiences we've been through, and the stories we carry can shape who we are today. By stepping back and seeing how everything fits together, we can start to make sense of it all and discover new ways to move forward.
Our first goal will be to build trust and really understand what’s going on with you. I’m all about making our sessions fit what you need, whether you’re dealing with addiction, a crisis, trauma, or relationship challenges. I’m here to listen, support, and sometimes challenge.
I know reaching out for help isn’t easy, and it takes a lot of courage. If you’re ready, get in touch, and if it feels right, we can set up a free initial appointment.
Building Stronger Communities Through Understanding Class
Would you like to deal more skilfully with social class and classism in your organisation, social action group, work place and wider community?
Class dynamics are deep-rooted in Britain, we need to talk about it and include everyone in order to create change.
'Mark brings a rare honesty and clarity to his work. It's a joy to see the skill with which he weaves different strands together.'
