Supervision
Supervision is a reflective and supportive space where you can pause, explore your work, and reconnect with your purpose. Whether you're a therapist, trainee, part of a safeguarding or support team, working in the arts, or involved in a community or third-sector organisation, supervision offers a steady ground to think, feel, and be with the real-life experiences that come with supporting others.
The way I offer supervision is thoughtful and relational, and I welcome the many layers that can show up in your work. What's happening with the people you support, how those interactions affect you, and how broader issues like trauma, power, identity, culture, and organisational dynamics shape your and your clients’ experiences. You're welcome to bring all that into the room. Supervision is not about getting things "right" but staying curious, connected, and grounded in your work.
Supervision can be especially valuable if you're supporting people who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, or systemic marginalisation. I offer supervision for individuals and groups, both in-person and online, and I welcome people from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
If you're curious about how supervision might support you or your team, feel free to get in touch. I'm happy to have an informal conversation about your needs and how we might work together.

Process emotional and relational dynamics
Develop greater awareness of boundaries, responsibility, and the impact of power
Receive honest, respectful feedback
Stay resourced and prevent burnout
Grow confidence in your professional role and judgement
